And during the Minute for Mission on February 11, 2007, the Treasurer offered these words of wisdom: We lost a week in January by shutting down for one Sunday due to the weather (link). We missed:
While we as a congregation stopped for a week, ONG, PSO, the Water Department, staff salaries, etc. did not stop. Pastor Ann is preaching a series of sermons on "Fears of Our Lives". One of the fears of the Support Team's life is that we will not be able to pay our bills. By missing one week's offering in January, we put ourselves behind in our ability to stay current with our obligations by $3,500.
